Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. After the first round, I was asked to take a personality test, and then when I came back in to review it, it took two hours. This all seemed to be a good process but a bit excessive for a job you could probably make the same money at in any cashier job. I was highly qualified for the position, but I must have missed out on having those inner connections that someone else did. The most disappointing aspect was how lengthy the process was and the amount of time wasted.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Portland, ME) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was a long interview process. About 5 interviews from start to finish. Included phone call, KPA, Life story, motivation interview and team interview. They do this to really determine fit for both parties.

What is your 5 year plan personally and professionally

Interview
Interviewer was lovely and thorough.
Don’t be misled though by the title - this is an hourly, entry level position - interviewer asked a lot of high level questions and thinking. A little intense for $17/hr.
I chose to not to move forward once I asked about comp.
Interviewer should be more transparent with pay and qualifying candidates better.
