Very long! I had 4 in person "interviews" with the same person each time.
I first had the standard phone interview
In person interview #1: standard questions & procedures
In person interview #2: I had to take a personality test prior and we went over my results. I then had to decide based on each section if I agreed with the results or not and why.
In person interview #3: Finishing up the review of my results (they are long!)
In person interview #4: Talking through my complete education & work history. This exercise then created my "Employment Biography".
At the end of the day I was offered the posistion then was told that they did not offer medical, vision, or dental benefits. Nor did they offer 401k, maternity leave, flexible work schedules, or work from home abilities.
