The interview process was very long. I had 3 interviews from 2-3 hours long . They also test you . The whole process is about a month long and if your not offered the position they do try and help you find your strengths that’s fit for another position. My experience was good overall but I feel the process is way too long. They need to revamp there interviewing process

Was brought in only to be told I'm over qualified and questioned about why I applied and denied the position due to the background they were aware of prior to calling me in for an interview.
