I entered my information on their website and set up a time for one of their recruiters to call me. They called exactly at the time I set. From there, they the recruiter told me about the company and why I should join. He asked me what office I would be working out of and he sent that office an email to reach out to me. That office reached out to me that same day. We set up a meeting time. We met and discussed about Keller Williams more.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
