Interview
In person interview, then took two assessments. One behavior and one is for the actual job. I did not pass the MCA assessment. Came back for a second interview where we went over the results of the behavioral. Took the MCA assessment again and did not pass. Came back a third time to take MCA and could not pass it.

CFO level questions about accounting on MCA assessment. The in person questions required detailed answers - came from the behavioral assessment information.
Long interview process that asks many questions about your character and lasts for about 6 months with one interview per month. They follow a package with set quesitons and take thorough notes.

Interview
The interview consisted of multiple behavioral and situational questions. Interview lasted about forty five minutes and overall I thought it went well. I did not get asked any unexpected questions.

3 rounds each an hour long, each round focused on different areas i.e professional goals, personal goals. Also have to take personality assessment to make sure you fit in with culture
