Super easy, nice people, seem super smart most went to Boston College or relevant school, however, they are completely commission based. It seems like it may be accessible to make money just know it’s only commission

Fairly simple. First interview they ask you to describe yourself, just wanted to learn more about you. Second round gave a role overview and asked your opinions about the role.

Interview was relaxed and seems like they take anyone because its commission. They don't ask you for a list of people you know which is nice. 3 rounds but they were not intimidating.
