Interview
The interview process was straightforward and I felt informed of the process as I went through it. It started with a screening call from the recruiter who confirmed my background, and then I was set up with an interview with two current employees. I took a writing test and had a benefits call and then did another interview with two members of the leadership team and received an offer within a day. The people who interviewed me were warm and welcoming, but also asked challenging questions. My recruiter made me feel empowered throughout the interview process and like she was my advocate.
Short and not very personal. Didn't ask too many questions about the role being applied for. Seemed a little unorganized and like they just wanted to skip through everything. Not a horrible experience but not a great one either

Interview
The interview process consisted of three interviews with various members of the leadership to and a written assignment. Each interview was about a half hour long to about 45 minutes long. The writing assignment was timed and consisted of two pieces of writing materials that needed to be written.
