Overall good, and friendly not very intimidating. I guess it also depends on the job you are hiring for. If all goes well you should get a second interview. Just remember it has 24 hour manufacturing so you could be working any shift.
Really easy process and questions. They gave me a tour of the plant and called me within 2 hours after the interview to offer me the job. No questions like strengths and weaknesses

Interview
It was a group interview and it wasn't a lot of pressure. The people were nice and seemed to know exactly what they wanted in an employee. The questions was in the situation task action result format.
