First we will have the exam,if you get passed then will have interview.Inteview questions will based upon you skills posted in resume.Mostly basics questions and programs in python,Java languages.And fee HR related questions.
It was nice experience actually and was good throughout and i recommend to read the cv fully. Because they ask the questions from it mostly it might differ from company to company
