Kaufman Development interview questions

Won't even give a person a chance that has A LOT of experience in the industry. I interviewed with them back in 2019 and the 2 ladies I interviewed with once I mentioned I was LGBT, looked disgusted and quickly shut down the interview after that (rushed through) I was definitely far more experienced in the industry than both of them. Ever since then, every time I apply for any positions through them, I get rejected within a couple of hours. I received an Email recently advising I have applied for several positions and they aren't interested and when I wrote back asking for feedback, no response. Will definitely be staying away and advising all my friends in the Property Management field to stay away from them due to the way they run their "interview process"
