thank you very much for your feed back. I really appreciate that you give us this opportunity to improve although it's extremely sad that your experience with us has been so unpleasant. Please accept our apologies.
It took us a while to check your particular case and apparently there was a misconnect: recruiter was waiting for you to appear online on the other end of Skype and was quite surprised that your status continued to show as "offline" and she wasn't able to reach you. I understand that after 30 minutes you both managed to connect, but unfortunately due to very busy schedule it wasn't already possible to do a proper interview. In order not to delay the interview and make sure that you get a fair chance in the process and are not too late we decided that another HR team member will take over and do the interview as the recruiter was fully booked. As I see the interview was conducted. Since it was first pre-screen one, the questions asked might have looked as basic, however these are fundamental facts we collect from all applicants. I'm very concerned about your remark on "illegal episode", could you please share more details on that?
