Asked basic interview questions. I.e. (describe a challenge you had at work). Asked about experience related to position. Some situational questions. There were more than one person interviewing. They somewhat take the interview process seriously, but I did notice for such a difficult and demanding job, the pay does not equal the work that will be required to put in.
