Kare 11 interview questions

Did several zoom/phone interviews. They then talked to my references. I was feeling very excited. But when they offered me the job, they offered me less than I make now, despite checking with my current employer (we're in the same company). They then raised the offer to what I'm making now.

Lengthy interviews, lengthy process and extremely difficult to get any response afterwards. I found it frustrating and disrespectful, If that's how employees are treated, could be a reason for the high turnover.
