You submit your resume first. They then send you an online interview where you respond to various questions. After that, they conduct a phone interview that has different questions than the written interview.

I applied online after seeing the posting on a job search website. I was invited for a phone interview after applying. I did not make the cut, unfortunately, however, they were quick to respond to tell me that they would not be continuing with my application.

Very Innovative and creative. Not your typical interviewing process. However other interviewers asked more generic/typical questions. So it went either way. But overall was a cool process and was different than most. Assuming if interviewing for a teaching position, then the questions would be much different as well.
