I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaplan (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
One video of you solving/teaching a problem, followed by a live video interview of a mock lesson with the interviewer asking questions on solving the answers along with some traditional interview questions. Final round is a video interview with the branch manager which I have yet to complete. Overall, a very basic interview process based more around your teaching skills than traditional interview questions, though you should prepare answers for standard questions about your strengths, teaching style, etc.

Question 1
When did you disagree with your coworkers/superiors, and what did you do?
Composed of two parts, an initial review and a screening. The screener was very nice and helpful. I received an offer within two business days after completing my screening interview.

Interview
It was easy. Explaining a concept to an interviewer. Explaining a basic LSAT question and going through it like you would with a student. Mock explanation and running through the answer choices together.

Great experience! Recording of teaching followed by real-time interview. Very straightforward; designed to ensure you can teach clearly and are easy to work with. I enjoyed participating in this interview (and went on to enjoy teaching here).
