Initial phone call, with the recruitment team to explain the recruitment process which was very clearly structured and nothing vague was mentioned. Soon after that a first round competency interview was scheduled.

Screening interview with HR....Once they learned I didn't have any Quantum experience, it was pretty much over. I hoped to be talking to a Hiring manager, but I never got the chance.
Took two weeks to hear back.
