Interview
There will be three rounds for the interview.
1st round is a video screener with the help of Cameo where they ask you to record your answers according to the HR questions asked on the screen. You will get three attempts to record yourself and the timer is for 2 mins.
After you get selected and asked to come for the second round you will be given an assignment to complete within 2 days. You can ask the question or things you do not understand to the contacts that will be given to you.
2nd Round is with the Hiring Manager and a Senior of the team for the position you applied for. You will go through your CV along with the discussion of the assignment you were given. There will be a prioritization task given to you 1 hour before the interview where you have to set the priority level according to the tasks labeled.
3rd round is with the Hiring Manager and the buddy who will train you on how the company works, solutions we have and shadow them for 3 months. In this round they will also see how you will fit in there team so show your good side.

good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
