Interview
The process is pretty usual; first you make a phone screen with a recruiter, then you have a technical and behavioural interview with developers and/or managers; if you pass this stage, next round consists into an articulated technical exercise; latest step is a conversation with a senior manager

A fair share of the interview was on the experience, the technologies, the approaches; also there was a relevant number of technical questions, some were fast to answer while some others involved an articulated reasoning on how to solve a certain challenge.
