The interview process was over the phone the hiring manager called me. Told me I was invited to a zoom interview. I went on zoom group interview a few days later with one other guy and a different hiring manager and we both got the job I worked with the guy on the zoom call.

An initial phone interview focused on experience and fit. Then invited to a Teams interview to discuss understanding of the role, expectations, and answer the team leader’s questions about responsibilities.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. If they like you, they hire you right away. It's after the interview and training that's a bit tricky. Sometimes they don't give you shifts at all.

What is your understanding of the work that we do in Kantar?
Interview process was short and sweet. It was very easy to understand. Questions were based on past experiences mostly. Interviewer was very friendly and answered all my questions. Was accepted shortly for training sessions to learn the software and about the company.
