I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
Kantar (formerly Analytics Quotient department) interviewed me for a Canadian client in Mississauga (biggest omnichannel retailer in Canada/worldwide, department: Pricing analytics)
I had 3 rounds of interviews:
1. HR screening round
2. SQL test
3. Case study presentation
Round 1: The HR round (recruiter located in Boston) was good and it went smooth. I was able to understand what the position demanded and what was expected from me.
Round 2: This round was conducted by the hiring manager and another employee from the team. They were 15 minutes late to the meeting. The SQL test round was smooth and the other Kantar employee was very helpful and friendly. The hiring manager dropped off the call early and did not really ask me if I had any questions for him.
Round 3: I had to present 2 cases. I received instructions via email by the HR recruiter. I presented this to the hiring manager as well as the managing partner. It seems like they're just an IT shop for the client. The output that the hiring manager expected was different from what the instructions had and therefore, I was asked to modify the output for one of the cases and send out an email to the reporting manager so that he could forward that to the client.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience as I was not given any time to ask questions about the company culture, examples of projects that I would be working on etc. It was a very unidirectional interview process.
Advice to the recruiter/manager: After you put candidates through an exhaustive process where they invest a lot of time in preparing the case study outputs, you CANNOT ghost them. Also, please invest at least 10 minutes per round to ask if the the candidate has any questions.
Final verdict: Avoid this Indian IT team for lack of a positive culture and for disrespecting your time.

Interview
Awful experience. They ask you to prepare two case studies, which take 5 days of your time and then they just GHOST.
The interviewers are always late. They don't value your time, they don't value their own time and the time of their employees. They interviewed about 20 people with these case studies and they still didn't hire anyone. I would recommend you to stay away from this team.
