My professor recommended this summer internship program to me and sent my resume to the company. I was then contacted back by two people from the company and set up a 30 minute phone interview with one of them. After the phone interview I went to their New York office for a two hour interview where I met with a group of two people from their team and a second group of three people. The first interview went very well while the second interview was a little weird. It kind of seemed like the people didn’t know they were going to conduct an interview that day and we’re unprepared. Their was some awkward pauses as I waited for them to ask me questions. I then was given a packet/test I had to proofread for errors both spelling and data.
