Kanawha County Schools interview questions

This interview is infront of 8 people where they ask you a question about the job and they have a check off and those are the only things they want to hear.

Applied online, was called after a few weeks, school was desperate so not much of an interview. Showed me around the school, got to meet some teachers and see my classroom. Was called the next day to get the paperwork for a drug test and background check.
