First they told us to drop our resumes with them. Then conducted a group discussion. Then they selected few of us for Personal Interviews round. There were 2 people-1 from HR and one had a technical background. They asked us about our projects and technical skills. They were listening very carefully and making notes on our resumes. The panel was very friendly and interviews were about half an hour long.
