They are respected self made businessmen, however I think they need to change their approach to their employers. When they told me they do not allow their employees drink cafe while working because someone had split his coffee once and the carpet got dirty, I had some idea about their approach. Maybe I'm wrong, but wouldn't prefer to work with them.
