I applied online on a Monday and had my initial phone screen interview with recruiter on Wednesday. It was a 30 min call. She was very casual and informative. Based on that call she appeared to want to move me along.

Interview
4 panel interviews with 7 directors or VP’s. Focused more on cultural fit than performance. Had to present detailed business plan and execution strategy. Overall very nice and welcoming team. Communication was non-existent as for their follow-up.

Was not an interview with standard behavioral questions except with VP of HR. Each interviewer was more interested in fit with company culture.
