Interview
This was a three round interview starting first with the hiring manager, then with two employees whose roles I do not recall, followed by a third interview with three employees in the role I was interviewed for. By the third interview, the questions became redundant and it just felt like the team members got the final say based on their impression of me rather than my qualifications.

The interview experience I had at Kajabi was exceptional. The Head of TA is one of the best interviewers you will ever meet and ensures all the candidates are adequately prepared for their upcoming interviews. I felt throughout the entire process that I was seen, valued and respected as a candidate, which is rare in today's landscape. The team genuinely got to know me professionally but also personally as a human. I was even given direct feedback after the process, in a phone conversation after an offer was not extended. This process just showed me what I am looking for in an organization and I hope to have the possibility to contribute here in the future. The team is truly exceptional.

Describe a time you had to balance different stakeholder priorities.
Timely, organized and very transparent on the process. No gotcha questions. Genuinely interested in learning about your background and how you would use your experience at Kajabi. Also, very focused on finding a good culture fit.
First was the HR screen, then a 1:1 with the Director of CS, then a three-part panel interview with various members of the team.
