Received a preliminary phone interview. Office manager described the position, pay, and benefits. And then called into the office. Interviewed with all partners for about 15-20 minutes each. Received an offer shortly after the interview
I found an ad online and was called in to interview. It was very conversational, friendly, and relaxed. The partner just wanted to gauge interest and get a sense of my personality/goals.

Interview
There was an initial phone interview that lasted 20-25 minutes. During this time, we discussed my resume and relevant experience. The in-person interview lasted about 40-50 minutes and was very casual/conversational. I felt like I was speaking to an acquaintance rather than a potential employer. The interview started on time.
