I applied via LinkedIn and the company owner contacted me within hours and scheduled an online interview 2-3 days later. I was also invited to the Munich office for a personal interview round.

Question 1
They did not ask technical questions in general. The project manager and the company owner we concerned about explaining the "complex" environment that I would have to work in the future. It was a decent experience. The Owner of the company is very humble.
