Interview
The company elected to forgo the phone interview. Two face to face interviews were conducted at company headquarters. The position required me to work at OEM's operations along side of OEM's engineers.
The interview process was pretty average. There was a phone interview with HR, a phone interview with the manager, and then an in-person interview with management all together. They were very welcoming and the interview process was pretty smooth.

None of the questions that they were asking were too difficult or unexpected.
