Applied online and they have a recruiter from their parent company, EW Scripps, who called for a phone screen and then was forwarded to the hiring manager. Went through the first interview and it was great. Talked about career goals, the positions, the team, and then it was mentioned I meant with another manager and the GM. Had that interview a few days later and later that day was offered the position.
