The process took months. I thought I was out of the running and then found out it was between me and one other person. HR lost my paperwork before the final interview. It felt very disorganized.

What would you change about how we do this video project?
A pre-screening phone call, a panel interview with several people, and a test of your skills. Then a couple follow up phone interview and then finally hired. The process took too long.
