I had an interview today and was asked this question. The manager said “now, I don’t want to hear about your work history, I want to know about you!” We were able to chit chat, connect, share experiences, find common ground and.. I was offered the position.

Doppio colloquio. Il primo conoscitivo e attitudinale, successivamente colloquio con manager/partner di livello tecnico riguardo la funzione che si andrà a svolgere. Colloquio tranquillo, senza particolari difficoltà e domande "scomode"

It was ok, practice would be good, felt like the process was structured well. Questions were not out of the ordinary either, I would have expected a lot of harder ones.
