Nice and kind, not harsh, no stress test, no written test, one interview round only with two interviewer. A lot of behavioral questions and questions about resume/ experiences than any other companies

Tell me about yourself/ Walk me through your resume
Apply online, send resume and transcript. Based on your application, you are instantly sent an email to do their psychometric assessment (fitting blocks into shapes, time pressure mental arithmatic, proof reading emails for typos). Then they 'keep you in candidate pool' for assessment centre/ghost.
