first the recruiter (ITC) shortlist the profile based on academic qualification. then there is a simple online test that evaluates english and communication skills .after passing the test called for tool test (creo 2.0) at kone ambattur office .the test contains the creation of parts (sheetmetal )mostly, assembly of the created part and given parts(brackets,button of elevators). making detail drawing of that in pdf format

First round was general topics related to mechanical engineering around 15 question
Second round was tool test 1 hour
And finally technical face to face interview.

We will be having set of objectives following technical and hr round. The objective are of very high standard and they literally test for intelligence on core subjects. If you are able to clear objective it's easy to finish off other rounds
