In person at office. Half interview panel sat in front of me and half on Teams via monitor across room. I was told about extensive hours disrupting potential personal goals. It was uncomfortable because the level of work was not clear for how many hours were expected per week and how many weeks would have those hours.

Interview
The interview was held at their main office and I met with 3 people. It was a typical interview where they asked me some questions, they talked about their company a bit, and then I asked them questions. The whole process took about an hour and a half. It has been a week and I have not heard back yet.
