So far, it's smooth. Im not yet done with my assessment. I will go their tomorrow for my initial and assessment. I hope i will passed and be working for KMC.
First, Online Application through Job Boards then HR Interview asking basic questions about yourself after that is the Assessment with complete guidelines to answer it then lastly is the Final Interview

Interview
The interview is smooth in terms of progress. However, the onboarding is quite slow. Final start date is given and after that without short notice, it will moved again.Time consuming indeed
