The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KIPP Schools (Helena, AR) in May 2010
Interview
The interview process was multifaceted. Initially, a school leader came to watch me teach at the school that I was teaching at at the time. Afterwards there was a debrief and an invite to teach a sample lesson in Helena in front of the school leaders there. After teaching the sample lesson I was interviewed again by a school leader and offered a position later that same day via email.
went very well not very jard at all starts with intro meeting pannel and everyone then tour of school , teach demo lesson get feedback then have final interview, overall the interview was very seamless and felt more so like having a conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
basic questions about education and who youy are as a teacher.
One-Sided video interview, had to record myself answering questions and only had one minute to think and recorded the answer with one re-take.
Very dystopian type of interview with zero chance to ask questions.
Also do not know what they will do with the video of my face and voice.

Question 1
What do you know about us and why do you want to work here?
I applied online. I interviewed at KIPP Schools (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I have applied to KIPP four times. Each time I have made it to the one-way interview where they send you a link to record yourself answering a set of questions. Each and every time I have been ghosted. No communication whatsoever. No real follow-up. Their communication is terrible, so don’t assume anything when you get that one-way interview.
