One on one with manager, asked about my customer service experience and work ethic towards building happy customers, and team work. Was located in the store during business hours, and asked if I was proficient in another language, Spanish.

Question 1
What is the most important part of customer service
It’s was a great experience and they were very nice and allowed me to answer their questions fully. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the store. Everyone was polite and the drive thru experience was pleasant after the interview.
Simple, did one interview and was offered role. Staff were friendly and asked competency questions (what would you do if customer did x etc).
Took about a week to hear back.
good. what a lovely interview process from start to finish. I did not attend in person. over the phone was the interview process from start to finish. I'm just trying to meet the word minimum
