We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience with regards to the procedure of our interview process. We have a high standard quality when it comes to ascertaining the right fit for our organisation as it directly correlates to establishing a positive working relationship with our client.
We stand by our organisation’s transparency on providing a JD before any interview is scheduled. It was inevitable that your first and following interviews with our client(s) did not fall through due to a misfit. This can occur even with/ without a JD as an interview does not just comprise of hiring solely on someone’s résumé but also the character and aptitude of a candidate.
