HR Screening, first interview with the Manager, one week later. In person 2hr technical interview with Manager and CFO. No follow up or feedback and 4 weeks later. Recruiter calls and ask if I could come back in for one more interview. After explaining that I had lost interest and was entertaining other offers. They asked for my salary requirements and then decline my ask with no negotiation, because it was too high in their opinion.
