JuventusSoft interview questions

No Process at all. I was told that there will be total 3 rounds(technical, managerial, HR) I had my telephonic round and it was good. They asked some core java/j2ee and sql related question. After that I was called for further Manger and HR rounds. Manager round was good. They asked me about Project and previous work. Then they asked me to wait for Mr CTO. After 30-40 minutes of wait, Mr CTO called me in his cabin and started asking very baseless questions on new technologies and trying to be very over-smart and staring me in my eyes like first time he is seeing a girl. he made me very uncomfortable. Then he asked me to design a solution for a Doctor/Patient online portal. He asked me to sit in another room and gave me 30 mins. When I completed that, I went to his cabin but he was too busy in his tasks with some other guy that he didn't even listen and saw the solution designed by me. He laughed at me like I don't know anything and showed that he is too busy and was not even interested in listening to me. He did not even asked me to sit when I went to his cabin and explaining the solution.(dude learn some etiquette!) After that, he asked me to design one more solution for a self built custom connection pool in java. I went to another room and sat for 5 mins and then left without informing the HR as it seemed to me that he is not interested in my profile nor though I and just passing his time and wasting my time. It was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my half day. After some time, HR called me and I gave my negative feedback about Mr CTO that if he was so busy in his tasks he should not call any person for interview that too in week day. He should behave professionally and learn some etiquette. I even took my resume back from their desk as I don't think they even deserve it. They could simply asked me to leave if my profile was not suitable for this role. Even their HR was shocked when I told him that he was taking technical interview again as I cleared that over telephone and went there for Managerial and HR rounds. Baseless, unprofessional People! Please don't go there and waste your time
