I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Juno Diagnostics in Apr 2023
Interview
Candidates first meet with a product manager. Next step, meeting with a co-founder, then a product designer and a product manager. Then, candidates move on to a take-home design challenge to redesign and improve their current app. They were looking for someone who can travel to San Diego office 2-3 times a week. Overall, I met some kind team members, as well as some rude ones during the interview.

Interview
Two interviews that were less than 30 minutes each. No information about benefits. Salary offer was a powerpoint and not a competitive salary. No technical questions. No HR to reach out to about questions.

Interview
Very few questions, only one real interview with the head of R&D then more of a getting to know you session with 2 RAs. Asked basic questions about job history and experience with very few if any deeply technical questions. Received an offer that stalled during negotiations and was ultimately ghosted by the company. I wish they would have been upfront and open in their choice to end negotiations and rescind the offer.
