I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online to a few different positions, was referred internally by a family member, and was contacted via e-mail by a Juniper HR representative, who requested my availability and a writing sample. I had my first phone interview and was contacted shortly after about moving forward to speak with two other members of the marketing team over the phone. After my last interview, I was called and offered the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Juniper Networks

They took me through the whole interview process (literally 5 or 6 interviews with a ton of different people) and then didn't have the audacity to reach out and decline me for the role. Complete silence!!

Question 1
When is. a time you dealt with conflict and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Palo Alto, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview was online and a video recording. You aren't talking to a real person. I found this really awkward and impersonal as you had a 3-minute limit to answer the question. There was roughly 8 questions, half of them were video and half were essays.

Interview
Resume submission through LinkedIn, followed by a video screening through HireVue, and then another follow-up phone interview with the hiring manager. Other interns who were in the Bay Area were invited for an on-site interview, and others found out about the internship through on campus recruiting.
