Interview
It was a long process no doubt and they had a lot of tests that would challenge logic, writing skills, and observation skills. I really enjoyed the email exchanges that I had with Terry and also enjoyed the call. It wasn't easy to get in, no doubt.
They weren't really just testing for skills, but also your personality. They're very encouraging and would entertain your questions. They respond really quick as well.
