I applied online, 1st one hour talk with HR, 2nd 1h talk with manager and team lead. The HR person was very nice and willing to share experiences and being totally honest with expectations and company reality, was all good. With the Tech guys on the other hand was very harsh, they were trying to give the idea they were very open, but I could feel they were trying to "catch me", like I was lying or something, which made me very nervous. They also didn't ask for clarifications on things, often. The feedback was given from the HR (sharing the raw feedback from the 2nd interview) and it was very harsh, the guys said I was lying and contradicting myself. They have some examples, but all of them were not true, so either they didn't understand what I said and didn't ask for clarifications or they had a "bad feeling" and used this as excuses. They even said that I contradicted myself when I said that I would like to work on a product and see it grow, and that is not compatible with the other phrase I said that is I like to be challenged.
