They were 3 different interviews. One a phone call and the others were zoom calls. Each one they asked about your childcare experience, what you wanted out of the company, and why you think you should be hired.

There were a lot of scenario questions, such as: what would you do if a parent/guardian arrived later then scheduled? Or what would you do if a parent asked you to discipline a child in a manner you are uncomfortable with?
