I responded to an ad on Craigslist and then gave her my college GPA and resume. The interview was fine. She asked for my transcript and also asked some basic tutoring behavioral questions. I felt like I was already qualified as an engineering major and she was just going through the list of questions. Later she had to check all three of my references and apparently grilled them pretty hard before she offered me the position

Easy and straightforward. It was a zoom interview and I was just asked about my experience with child care, my tutoring experience, and some character based questions. The whole application, interview, and training process was pretty quick.

Interview
This interview was peculiar. I interviewed in November. The interview went very well. Once per week for four weeks, I sent in emails to follow up on that interview. I called after four weeks to get feedback on the interview, assuming I did not get the position. Turns out, the person I interviewed with first is no longer employed there. Had I not reached out, I probably would have fallen under the radar.
