I interviewed with HR for an open social role and it went well. She asked knowledgable questions and mentioned that she wanted to move me to the next round. After that... nothing. I saw they took down the senior social role and reposted a director-level role, so I reached back out and....nothing again. Wildly unprofessional and rude. Even if things changed and she wanted to remove me from the process, communicating that would be better than ghosting. The entire organization seems fairly disjointed, so I'd skip out on even interviewing.

I had an interview with hr, went great to my understanding. She said she wanted to move me to the next round. They gave me a lot of inside details which I felt wouldn’t be shared unless it was a solid interview. Asked for my availability for the next interview. Sent my thank you email with my availability same day. More than a week has gone by- CRICKETS. I even sent a follow up again. -CRICKETS. What’s so strange is all the positive feedback I see on here doesn’t add up to my experience. And I was even referred by a current employee so it’s all very shocking to me. If it’s a no, just say it. Ghosting has become the new norm apparently which is beyond unprofessional. Wonder if Bobbi knows this is how her staff operates.
Professional, courteous and very communicative. The women at the helm of this brand are wonderful people who have a common mission. The most enjoyable interview I have had in years, they were all extremely mission-driven and also encourage personality and creativity. Very refreshing to see a company live up to its founder legacy. If you are thinking of interviewing with them, go for it.
