Thorough interview process, I had multiple phone and face to face interviews. A few assessments to pass but overall the communication was great and I felt very welcomed by everyone.

Applied on line then received an email to schedule phone interview. Phone interview was set up for later that same day and lasted for approximately 30 minutes. Interviewer asked about my former employment and my customer service skills and dealing with customer problems also asked about how I stay organized.
