Poor Interview Process, rejected on account not completing an assessment questionnaire never sent to me. Explanation given for not going through interview process is since the assessment is a paid service; I cost the company money.

Interview
I met with the manager and submitted contact info. Had a phone interview with HR. Then had to take two standardized tests. One of witch was a psych test. Then had an interview with the store manager and market manager.
